Working with me is collaborative, flexible, and (hopefully) a little fun. We’ll tackle the heavy stuff, explore your experiences, and honor your pace, all while leaving room for humor, curiosity, and the occasional “aha” moment. You won’t have to perform wellness or have it all figured out. Therapy with me is about being seen, being heard, and finding ways to make your life feel a little more livable, maybe even a little lighter. Accommodations are encouraged in my therapy space.
